About Forms and documents

Forms help visitors contact you, request a quote, subscribe, register, or send other information. Pagecloud forms keep the form and submissions in your site dashboard. You can also embed a supported third-party form when you need a workflow that service already provides.

Ask only for information you need, make required fields clear, and explain how submitted information will be used. After publishing, send a test submission and confirm it appears in the inbox and reaches the expected notification address. For focused campaigns, add a form to a Pagecloud popup or banner and choose triggers that do not interrupt visitors too early. Keep labels and confirmation messages specific so visitors know what to enter and what happens next. Check the form on both desktop and mobile, including validation and required fields. Review the inbox regularly, protect access to submissions, and remove test or unwanted entries according to your organization's data retention practices.
