Use forms and the inbox on an AI Site
Ask Paige to add or change forms on your AI Site. New submissions appear in the project dashboard under Inbox.
How do I add a form?
Tell Paige what the form is for, which fields it needs, and what should happen after submission. For example:
Add a quote request form with name, email, phone, service, budget range, and project details. Make name and email required and show a clear confirmation after submission.
Review the generated form before publishing. Submit a test response after publishing to confirm the fields, success message, notification address, and inbox all work as expected.
Where do I find form submissions?
- Open the Pagecloud logo menu in the AI editor.
- Select Project dashboard.
- Select Inbox in the project sidebar.
The inbox combines submissions from your AI Site forms. You can show or hide messages already marked as read and select a submission to view all submitted fields.
Select Manage forms to search forms and sort them alphabetically, by recent updates, or by submission count.
What can I do with a submission?
From the submission detail, you can:
- Review all submitted values
- Reply to the sender when the form includes an email address
- Forward the submission
- Flag or unflag it as spam
- Delete it
Reply and Forward open a prepared message through your device’s email application. Confirm the recipient and message before sending.
Deleting a submission cannot be undone.
How do form notifications work?
A form can notify its configured email address when a visitor submits it. If no form-specific address is configured, Pagecloud can use the site owner’s submission email.
If messages are not arriving:
- Confirm the notification address is correct.
- Check spam or junk folders.
- Submit a new test response.
- Confirm the response appears in Inbox.
If it appears in the inbox but no email arrives, contact Pagecloud support with the site name, form name, and test submission time.
