Troubleshooting Login Issues

If you can’t sign in to PageCloud, the cause is usually one of a few things: a forgotten password, an account created with Google or Facebook sign in, the wrong email address, or a browser problem. Work through the checks below in order.

Reset a forgotten password

  1. Head to app.pagecloud.com and click “Sign In”.
  2. Click “Forgot your Password” located below the sign in button.
  3. Enter the email address for your account and click Submit.
  4. Open the reset email and follow the link to choose a new password.

You did not receive the reset email

Check these in order:

  • Look in your spam or junk folder. The reset email is sent from PageCloud and can be filtered.
  • Confirm you entered the email your account is registered under. If you are not sure, see Changing your Email on File.
  • If you signed up with Google or Facebook, no reset email is sent. Use the Single Sign On steps below instead.

If nothing arrives after 15 minutes, reach out at support@pagecloud.com from your account email address.

You sign in with Google or Facebook

If your account uses “Sign in with Google” or “Sign in with Facebook”, PageCloud does not keep a password for it, so the password reset form will not work. Sign in with that provider instead:

  1. Head to app.pagecloud.com.
  2. Click “Sign In with Google” or “Sign In with Facebook”.
  3. Sign in with that account using the same email as your PageCloud account.

This applies whether you created the account with Single Sign On or connected Google or Facebook to an existing account later. If you connected it later, your password is removed for security and can no longer be used.

To reinstate a password and turn off Google or Facebook sign in, reach out at support@pagecloud.com from your account email.

”Wrong email or password” when they look correct

  • Make sure Caps Lock is off and there are no extra spaces before or after your email.
  • Try the email you used when you first signed up. You may have a second account under a different address.
  • Reset your password using the steps above to rule out a typo.

Still can’t log in

A browser issue can block the sign in screen from loading.

  • Clear your browser cache and try again. See Clear Browser Cache.
  • Try a different browser, or open an incognito (private) window. See supported browsers.
  • Disable browser extensions that block scripts or cookies, then reload the sign in page.
