Account and Billing

Your Account information can be accessed in the top right corner of your dashboard at app.pagecloud.com where your username is listed.

The profile section will give you the ability to adjust the name you have set to your account. If you require a change in the email address, please reach out to us at [email protected] with the new email address and we will happily update this for you.

 

Credit Card Changes and Cancellations

The billing section will give you the ability to modify your credit card details on file, and also has the option to cancel your subscription if you would like by hitting the 'Cancel my Subscription' button. This will set your subscription to end at the end of the current billing cycle, or at the end of your trial if you are currently within your 14 day free trial.

Re-Activating your Account

To re-activate an account that has been cancled you can email us at [email protected] with the email address your account was set up under.
